Geçen sene döktüren Werder'in brezilyalı oyun kurucusu Diego da Bayern karşısında sahada yok gibiydi.

Bundesliga Team Of The Week: Round 2

................. Lastuvka

.........Kompany ........... Bordon ................ Pander

.......................Galasek .............. Zé Roberto

Asamoah ................ Marcelinho.................. Ribéry

......................Toni .................... Bechmann

Goalkeeper:

1) Jan Lastuvka (Bochum)

Bochum’s Czech keeper served as the all important last line of defence against a lively Cottbus attack. If VfL fans had any worries surrounding the loss of Jaroslav Drobny, then the performance of Jan Lastuvka on Sunday night will have gone a long way to appease their concerns. Bechmann’s two goals were important, but so too were the keeper’s saves.

Defenders:

2) Christian Pander (Schalke)

It has been a good week for Christian Pander. Called up to the Germany squad for the upcoming friendly with England as a replacement for the injured Clemens Fritz, the Schalke fullback put in a superb performance against Dortmund in the Revier-Derby to justify Joachim Löw’s faith. As Schalke gained revenge for last season’s derby defeat, Pander was a constant threat. His free-kick delivery caused all sorts of problems for Dortmund and he scored their second goal directly from a free-kick.

3) Vincent Kompany (Hamburg)

With all the attention on Rafael van der Vaart, it was the defensive performance of Vincent Kompany that made people sit up and take note. The Belgian, who has not really lived up to his huge promise so far at Hamburg, was a major factor in keeping a clean sheet for HSV.

4) Marcelo Jose Bordon (Schalke)

Schalke’s captain put in a solid performance in the Königsblauen’s victory over their Ruhr rivals. The Schalke stalwart headed in the opener, and organised the defence superbly to limit Dortmund to a solitary goal. His eyes are already firmly set on winning that elusive Bundesliga title for ‘die Knappen’.

Midfielders:

5) Thomas Galasek (Nürnberg)

Probably Nürnberg’s player of the season last year, Galasek put in another top performance against Rostock to secure the first win of the season for last season’s Cup winners. He set them on their way with the opening goal and bossed the midfield throughout.

6) Zé Roberto (Bayern Munich)

As Bayern recorded their second successive victory, Brazilian Zé Roberto showed just why the Bavarian giants wanted to bring him back to the Allianz Arena. He revelled in his new role as van Bommel’s midfield partner. His attacking instinct is still there and he tormented the Werder defence on numerous occasions.

7) Gerald Asamoah (Schalke)

With his first goal of the season, German international Gerald Asamoah continued his run of good form. His pre-season performances have cemented his place in Mirko Slomka’s first XI, and today’s goal was just reward for the hardwork put in by the Königsblauen’s longest serving player.

8) Frank Ribéry (Bayern Munich)

A magical performance from the Frenchman. He is showing no signs that his huge transfer fee is causing him any pressure. In his first two Bundesliga appearances, he has shown that he can live up to all the hype and become the star attraction at Bayern. He coolly converted the penalty to give Bayern the lead in the Weser-Stadion and was head and shoulders above anyone else out on the pitch.

9) Marcelinho (Wolfsburg)

Wolfsburg’s new signing from Berlin showed why Felix Magath showed the faith to bring in the mercurial midfielder. After last week’s defeat, Wolfsburg came back impressively to beat Duisburg with Marcelinho opening the scoring. His skill was evident all afternoon, and the Wolfsburg forwards must be rubbing their hands thinking about the service they can expect throughout the coming season.

Forwards:

10) Luca Toni (Bayern Munich)

With all the attention on the returning Miroslav Klose, it was the Italian who grabbed the headlines following Klose’s injury. His second goal in two games has sent out a clear message to those doubters, who felt that releasing Roy Makaay was an error. The World Cup winner has shown already that he will score his fair share of goals in the Bundesliga this season.

11) Tommy Bechmann (Bochum)

After a goal scoring start last weekend, Bochum’s Danish striker grabbed another two this week to defeat Cottbus. For a player who didn’t score a league goal last season and who must have feared for his place following the signings of Sestak and Mieciel, he has made an unbelievable start to the season.

Honourable mentions:

Mike Hanke scored for Hannover to show exactly why they had the faith to sign him from Wolfsburg. He was a constant danger upfront. As Hertha Berlin surprisingly upset reigning champions Stuttgart, Lucio and Friedrich were both solid at the back, with Okoronkwo a threat going forward. New signing Romeo Castelan was impressive on his home debut for Hamburg, while Levan Kobiashvili showed why he is a first choice with Schalke with a top performance against Dortmund.

A magical performance from the Frenchman
3. Haftanın karması icin Ribery i hemen yazalım. Buyuk bir ihtimal asagıda gectigim kliseyi cok sık okuyacagız.

Another magical performance from the Frenchman

3. hafta da Hannover i 3-0 ile gectiler. Klose ve Luca Toni olmayınca skor kısır kaldı. Ribery gercekten cok buyuk bir futbolcu. TC ye geldiginde dudak bukenler, eh pek de fena degilmis diyenler acaba ne yorum yapacaklar.

Bundesliga Team Of The Week: Round 4

..................... Adler

....Pasanen.... Boateng .... Pander

Altintop ... Dejagah ....Balitsch .... Castelen

...............................Diego

...........Ishiaku...................... Pantelic

Goalkeeper:

1) Rene Adler (Bayer Leverkusen) Leverkusen’s young goalkeeper pulled off a string of excellent saves to deny Schalke and ensure his side went away with a share of the spoils. Kevin Kuranyi, although he scored one, will be cursing Adler more than most. He saw a goal-bound header miraculously saved in the second half before having two further efforts saved by the heroic year old during a goalmouth scramble.

Defenders:

2) Petri Pasanen (Werder Bremen) The Finnish international is making the right back slot his own with some polished performances for Werder. Against Frankfurt he was solid at the back and adventurous going forward. He capped a fine performance with a goal direct from a free kick.

3) Jerome Boateng (Hamburg) A very impressive debut for the Hamburg defender. He did well against Franck Ribéry when faced with the French winger. Hardly put a foot wrong, putting in a highly assured performance which belied his tender age.

4) Christian Pander (Schalke) Pander’s confidence seems to be on the up after his winning goal at Wembley for Germany. The left back kept going up and down the left hand side all night. In a game the Königsblauen should have won, the youngster did all he could have to help his side to all three points.

Midfielders:

5) Hanno Balitsch (Hannover) 26 year old Balitsch was as combative as ever as Hannover ran out 3-2 winners over Bochum. Played a good one-two with Hanke for the ‘Reds’ opening goal.

6) Ashkan Dejagah (Wolfsburg) Scored Wolfsburg’s equaliser at the Olympiastadion and impressed with his all-round performance. Trainer Felix Magath singled him out for particular praise in game the ‘Wölfe’ should have got a point from.

7) Romeo Castelen (Hamburg) Hamburg’s new Dutch signing did well in the HSV midfield as they matched Bayern Munich at the Nord-Bank Arena. With van der Vaart missing, he along with his fellow midfielders showed that it is possible to cope with Bayern.

8) Diego (Werder Bremen) The Brazilian was back to his imperious best on Saturday against Frankfurt. Fresh from his two goal haul against Zagreb in midweek, he was pulling the strings today to bring Werder their second Bundesliga win in a row. His headed lay-off to Sanogo set up the first goal and he was involved all afternoon. It’s no coincidence that Bremen’s improvement in results has come at a time when Diego is playing better.

9) Hamit Altintop (Bayern Munich) For once it was Altintop rather than Ribéry or Schweinsteiger who was Bayern’s most impressive midfielder. He showed just why Ottmar Hitzfeld wanted him at the club with a fine attacking display. Was not afraid to unleash a shot when given the chance and was unlucky not to find the net in the second half.

Forwards:
10) Manasseh Ishiaku (MSV Duisburg) Duisburg’s two goal hero from the opening weekend of the season came up with another double against to fire the Zebras to victory. Having lost their last two matches, the three points were most welcome. Two goals in two minutes put paid to Bielefeld. His first was an ice-cool finish from close range after holding off two defenders, while his second came from a corner as he rose highest to head in.

11) Marko Pantelic (Hertha Berlin) Pantelic scored 14 goals last season to become the Bundesliga’s fourth top-scorer and he got off the mark this season against Wolfsburg. His unstoppable header gave Hertha the lead, and the player reported to have been a target for Chelsea in the summer, gave Wolfsburg centre back Simunek a torrid afternoon.

Honourable mentions:

Dusko Tosic had a fine Bundesliga debut for Werder Bremen and in the same game Japanese midfielder Junichi Inamoto impressed with his industry.

Ex-Bayern player Andy Görlitz played well as Karlsruher won the derby against Stuttgart, while KSC keeper Markus Miller also did everything he could to keep the Swabian attack at bay. Duisburg’s Blagoy Georgiev and Maicon also put in good displays as the Zebras notched up their second win of the season. Christian Lell did well for Bayern.

....................Hain

Rafinha Mertesacker Mathijsen

Bajramovic Gilberto Diego Vidal

.........Almeida Toni Petric

Goalkeeper:

1) Mathias Hain (Bielefeld)

It may seem strange to have a goalkeeper who conceded three goals in the team of the week, but Mathias Hain performed admirably at the Veltins Arena and prevented the scoreline from being more of an embarrassment for the visitors. Schalke were rampant at times, but the form of the Arminia keeper kept them at bay.

Defenders:

2) Rafinha (Schalke) Schalke’s Brazilian right back often goes unnoticed within a Schalke squad filled with more high profile names. However his performance on Saturday certainly grabbed the attention. Secure as always at the back, he was a threat going forward and capped a fine performance by tucking away the penalty that put the Königsblauen 3-0 ahead.

3) Per Mertesacker (Werder Bremen) With Bremen hitting four goals against the champions, much of the attention will go to the attacking players, but that is not to detract from the performance of centre back Mertesacker. He was always alert to the danger posed by Cacau and Mario Gomez and read the game superbly throughout.

4) Joris Mathijsen (Hamburg) Hamburg’s Dutch defender, who has been an ever-present this season, had another great game against Nürnberg. FCN were kept at bay for the entire match and Mathijsen was a key reason for that. With the personnel in defence changed due to injury and suspension, Mathijsen marshalled the troops well.

Midfielders:

5) Gilberto (Hertha Berlin) Berlin took the lead at the top of the table for 24 hours after their 3-2 win over Dortmund. Hertha’s Brazilian midfielder had a good game combating the aggressiveness of the Dortmund engine room. What Werder failed to do last week, Gilberto helped Hertha do well at the weekend.

6) Zlatan Bajramovic (Schalke) With competition in the Schalke midfield high, the pressure is on to play well when given a chance by trainer Mirko Slomka. Against Bielefeld, Bosnian Bajramovic was one of the key players for the Königsblauen as they over-powered Ernst Middendorp’s high fliers. With performances like this, he will surely be high up the pecking order for further Bundesliga starts.

7) Arturio Vidal (Bayer Leverkusen) Chilean defender Vidal was one of the stand-out players in an impressive team performance from Leverkusen. Pushed into a more advanced midfield position he impressed all the same. It was his free kick that led to the opening goal from Kießling. He rarely put a foot wrong defensively and attacked whenever the opportunity presented itself.

8) Diego (Werder Bremen) Diego put in one of those performances that makes you just sit back and admire. He was a class above everybody else on the pitch and capped a superb performance with the fourth goal of the afternoon. Rumours of interest from Real Madrid have surfaced again this week, and on the evidence of this performance, he would certainly add something to an already star studded Real squad.

Forwards:

9) Luca Toni (Bayern Munich) Toni bagged his fourth goal of the season and it seems he is going to score in every game he plays. One in midweek in the Uefa Cup, and another today shows what a rich vein of form he is in. His goal showed just what a quality player he is. He controlled the ball superbly with his right foot and coolly lobbed the keeper with his left. He looked a threat throughout before being replaced with Lukas Podolski.

10) Hugo Almeida (Werder Bremen) The Portuguese striker fired in two lightning goals within the first five minutes to set Werder on the way to an emphatic win over champions Stuttgart. With Klose gone, Werder need one of their strikers to step up and hit the goals. It’s a shame he was forced off with injury, as he could well have grabbed a hat trick.

11) Mladen Petric (Borussia Dortmund) Unlucky to end up on the losing side at the Olympic Stadium against Hertha. Gave Dortmund a lucky lead before grabbing another two minutes from time to set up a grandstand finish. The Croatian striker has now hit four in two games and will be looking to grab a lot more this season

ALMANYA BUNDESLIGA 8.HAFTA

Almanya Bundesliga'da Bayern Münih leverkusen deplasmanında yine golcüleri luca toni ve klose işbirliğiyle galip geldi. Yukarıda cengiz abinin bahsettiği hakemin sayılmadığı maçı canlı seyrettim bence top üst direğe çarpıp yarım metre içeri girdikten sonra dışarı çıktı yan hakem çizgiden çok uzakta olduğundan golü görmesi imkansızdı. Bayern Münih başkanı Rumenigge'de bugün basına maçlarda kamera kullanılması yerine 2 çizgi hakemi kullanılmasının aha pratik olacağını ve bunun hemen yapılması gerektiğini söyledi.

Rensing

Rafinha Mertesacker Lucio

Kluge Jones Diego Sestak

..........van der Vaart

..Almeida............. Sanogo

Goalkeeper:

1) Michael Rensing (Bayern Munich)

Brought in at short notice following Oliver Kahn’s elbow injury, the long term successor to the mighty Kahn showed just why he has been groomed for so long. When Rensing keeps goal for Bayern in the Bundesliga, the Reds can’t be beaten. In his 14th match in the top flight, Rensing, helped to secure a hard fought victory with a series of fine saves to keep up his personal unbeaten run.

Defenders:

2) Rafinha (Schalke)

Schalke’s Brazilian right back put in another fine performance as the Königsblauen fought their way to their third consecutive Bundesliga win. Rafinha kept his nerve a minute before half time to fire home the decisive penalty.

3) Per Mertesacker (Werder Bremen)

Mertesacker could not have wished for a better 23rd birthday with Werder Bremen equaling their highest ever win with an 8-1 thrashing of Bielefeld. The commanding defender was secure at the back on the rare occasions Bielefeld tested him, and capped a wonderful day by heading in Werder’s fifth from a Diego corner.

4) Lucio (Bayern Munich)

Bayern’s attack is grabbing a lot of the plaudits this season and understandably so, but the meanness of the defence is also making people sit up and take note. The new centre back pairing of Demichelis and Lucio is formidable. The Brazilian was in great form against Leverkusen keeping Gekas et al at bay.

Midfielders:

5) Peer Kluge (Nürnberg)

With Nürnberg desperate for a win against Bochum, Peer Kluge, more than anyone put in a performance worthy of all three points. He fired the visitors into the lead on two occasions only for the home to come back at go 3-2 ahead. He then laid on a superb headed assist for Misimovic to grab a vital equaliser.

6) Jermaine Jones (Schalke)

Jermaine Jones is fast becoming a central cog in the Schalke midfield. The cause of some disagreement over the wisdom of his signing, the 25 year old is winning over all the doubters with performances of increasing quality and effectiveness.

7) Diego (Werder Bremen)

Simply awesome. At the moment he can be regarded as the form player in the Bundesliga. It is no coincidence that Werder’s recent turnaround in form has coincided with his coming into form. Three assists and a superb free kick of his own inspired Werder to an amazing 8-1 victory over Bielefeld.

8) Stanislav Sestak (Bochum)

The Slovak international made up for some recent disappointing performances with a fine showing against Nürnberg. A double strike helped the home side to an entertaining draw and doubled his season’s tally to four.

9) Rafael van der Vaart (Hamburg)

The Dutch maestro was again the star man for Hamburg as the Hanseaten came up against a spirited Wolfsburg. It was his corner which set up the first goal for Reinhardt, and he then fired in a superb left-foot free kick from long range to put the home side 2-1 up.

Forwards:

10) Hugo Almeida (Werder Bremen)

Miroslav who? With Werder crashing in eight goals the worries surrounding who would score the goals after the departure of the German international seem irrelevant. Almeida headed in Bremen’s second and ended the rout with a left-foot strike two minutes from time.

11) Boubacar Sanogo (Werder Bremen)

Although the Ivorian was withdrawn at half-time his performance was worthy of inclusion in the Team of the Week. He set-up strike partner Almeida for Werder’s second, before scoring twice himself in the 41st and 44th minutes. The former Hamburg misfit has now scored 5 goals in 7 appearances.

Honourable mentions:

With so many good performances this weekend there are a number of candidates who deserve to be in but haven’t quite made it. Peter Niemeyer was given a rare start by Thomas Schaaf and fired in the first of Werder’s eight goals before being forced off after 30 minutes.

Arturio Vidal was one of Leverkusen’s top players as they went down to a 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Bayern. Pushed into a more advanced midfield role he was a constant threat. In the same game Zé Roberto showed the class that made Bayern bring him back from Santos.

Swede Matias Concha impressed for Bochum had a very good game in the 3-3 draw with Nürnberg. Karlsruher’s Massimillian Porcello and Mario Eggimann put in impressive performances as KSC beat Dortmund 3-1.

Dimitar Rangelov scored twice to set Cottbus on their way to a first victory but his goals proved insufficient as Frankfurt hit back. Both Stefan Wächter and Tobias Rathgeb deserve a mention after they helped Rostock to a win over champions Stuttgart.

Bundesliga Team Of The Week: Round 9

.....................Wächter

Pasanen Franz Kyrgiakos Boateng

Huszti Zé Roberto Jensen Ribéry

.............Timm............ Toni

Goalkeeper:

1) Stefan Wächter (Hansa Rostock)

The Rostock keeper was very unlucky not to keep a clean sheet against Wolfsburg. He made a string of fine saves in the match, including a penalty save from Marcelinho, and it looked as if he had done enough to shut out ‘die Wölfe’. However a last minute strike from Dzeko handed Felix Magath his first home win of the season. Thanks to Wächter, he very nearly went home disappointed again.

Defenders:

2) Petri Pasanen (Werder Bremen)

Werder’s Finnish international has become an automatic choice at full back for Thomas Schaaf, and with performances like this, it is easy to see why. Solid at the back and a danger going forward, it was his cut-back from the bye-line which set up Werder’s opening goal for Daniel Jensen.

3) Maik Franz (Karlsruhe)

A fine game from the KSC centre back. Kept the Schalke attackers at bay, giving the side a solid base from which to launch their attacks, which eventually led to a 2-0 win at the Veltins Arena.

4) Sotirios Kyrgiakos (Eintracht Frankfurt)

The powerful Greek defender showed that he is just as dangerous in the opposing penalty box as he is commanding in his own. Two headed goals, both from Albert Streit crosses, gave the home side a valuable 2-1 win over Bayer Leverkusen.

5) Jerome Boateng (Hamburg)

19 year old Jerome Boateng is making the left back spot at Hamburg his own. The summer signing from Hertha Berlin put in a highly assured performance against Bielefeld helping his side to a 1-0 win and fourth place with it.

Midfielders:

6) Daniel Jensen (Werder Bremen)

Jensen is growing into his role at Werder. With Bremen having a disappointing start to the season, some people were praying for the return of Frings and Borowski. With the two German internationals back in the side, Jensen retained his place in midfield and put in a fine performance against Duisburg. Scored Werder’s first of the afternoon.

7) Szabolcs Huszti (Hannover)

The Hungarian, who has shown so much promise, put in a ‘Man of the Match’ performance at the Gottlieb-Daimler Stadion to inspire Hannover to a 2-0 win. Not only did he score both of the goals, but he virtually ran the midfield leading to the current champions losing their 19 game unbeaten home record.

8) Zé Roberto (Bayern Munich)

The Brazilian was at his classy best again against Nürnberg in the derby. He was assured with his passing, solid in the tackle and dangerous going forward. He fired in Bayern’s second goal of the afternoon to take his season’s tally to two and it was his corner that Toni headed in for the third.

9) Franck Ribéry (Bayern Munich)

The Frenchman’s class was on show for all to see against Nürnberg, and the FCN defenders had no answers to the trickery of the former Marseille man. He created numerous chances for Bayern, which his team mates should have made more of. In this form there appears no way of stopping him. Nürnberg certainly couldn’t.

Forwards:

10) Christian Timm (Karlsruhe)

A second half double from the striker gave him his first goals of the season and more importantly a win which takes KSC to second in the table. Both goals were set up by Tamas Hajnal. For the first he rounded Neuer to score and for his second he kept his cool to beat the keeper after finding himself one-on-one.

11) Luca Toni (Bayern Munich)

Bayern’s Italian World Cup winner just can’t stop scoring at the moment. His two goals against Nürnberg takes his season’s tally to eight, which puts him level with team mate Miroslav Klose at the top of the scoring charts. He has now scored in every Bundesliga match he has played, except the 1-1 draw with Schalke. He also scored in midweek in the Uefa Cup.

Honourable mentions:

Dortmund midfielder Tinga deserves a mention because of his tireless running and tackling in the Friday night victory over Bochum. Federico scored a fine goal in that match to seal a much needed win for Thomas Doll’s side.

Tamas Hajnal was at his creative best as he set up both goals for Christian Timm in Karlsruhe’s victory over Schalke. Rafael van der Vaart’s superb form continued against Bielefeld as he scored his seventh goal in as many games to inspire the Hanseaten to a win and fourth place. The number of suitors for his signature in the summer must surely be increasing. Ivica Olic also impressed.

Torsten Frings showed signs that he is back to his intimidating best which is good news for Thomas Schaaf and German trainer Joachim Löw. Boubacar Sanogo was also one of Werder’s top performers against Duisburg.

Albert Streit is also worthy of a mention thanks to his two assists which set up Frankfurt’s important win over Leverkusen.
